[ANSTHRLD] Pull the Files - Coronet Arms

While I am personally entirely sympathetic to the historical argument,
I have no intention of tilting at the windmill that is the Queen's
arms. In this case at this point in time, tradition and emotional
investment trumps historical accuracy.

I am in the process of consulting the heirs to find out their opinions
regarding using the king/queen arms with a label, since it most
directly affects them at the moment. I will be interested to see what
remains of any paper trail Ragged Staff can dig up for us, but am
happy to hear of Aurelaine's intent at the time.
