[ANSTHRLD] Pentagrams now allowed in SCA heraldry

It's not about religion. It's about offensiveness in the eyes of the
general public. A symbol was deemed offensive in the 1970s and 1980s if,
when seen at a park by the public, it would garner very strong negative
publicity for the SCA. This was true of a pentagram in the 1980s and is
not true now, so the rule was changed.

By contrast, the fylfot, a perfectly period heraldic charge, is still not
acceptable, because we aren't willing for the public to associate us with
swastikas.
