[ANSTHRLD] Court heraldry question.

I always have, even for the baronial 'courts' we hold our populace 
meetings within.
We often closed populace meetings this way even back when we were a 
shire and there was really NO royal or noble Presence, and hence no 
'court'.
It's still the Crown's kingdom.

I'm actually not remembering recent baronial courts without royalty 
(I Don't Get Out Much): do baronial heralds usually do the "vivat rex, 
vivat regina, vivat Ansteorra" business too?
