[ANSTHRLD] Applications for Star Principal Herald

[Star - Ansteorra]

 Greetings Heralds,
Just a reminder that anyone planning to apply for the office of Star
Principal Herald should get their application in by April 1st.  Applications
are to be sent to Laurel Queen of arms, Their Majesties Ansteorra, and
current Star Principal Herald.  Email addresses are available in the Black
Star.

It is my intent to have a successor named by mid April, and then have a
3-month transition, with the change-over taking place at 30th Year/Crown
Tournament in July.
