[ANSTHRLD] New Obelisk Herald

[Star - Ansteorra]

I am pleased to announce that our new Obelisk Herald (starting in July) will
be HL Lillias MacGuffin.  Lillias succeeds HL Hedwig von Luneborg, who has
served exceptionally well in the office for the past two years.  My thanks
to both of these fine ladies for their willingness to serve Ansteorra and
the College of Heralds.
