Are you trying to help William Malcolm Ross?  He has a submission on the current ILoI which also has a divided field with a single scorpion.
 
If so, try a scorpion per fess argent and Or on any solid field other than purpure.

I am trying to conflict check:
Per pale gules and vert, a scorpion Or.

Surprisingly it seems that it is clear.

The closest I found was:
