Gimme that contact info too, please! I'll have my laptop along. (Worst case,
I'll have available a copy of Daniel's off-line conflict checking static
pages, still very useful.)

If I recall correctly (and glancing at the somewhat obscure schedule on the
30th-year.ansteorra.org website confirms a 'heralds and scribes point'...),
the hours are 9am-3pm Friday and Saturday.

We may not open spot on at 9am, but that's what I'm aiming for. I aim to get
the Armillary library there, as well as Bordure's library -- for various
reasons, Bordure has a lot of the no-photocopy books, and Armillary has a
lot of the web-articles printed out. If we have net access as well, that'll
be fantastic.

I also would like to have a printer handy, but don't really want to lug my
giant one down from Oklahoma. Anyone in the area who has something small and
relatively modern enough that doesn't require insane drivers to operate? An
all-in-one copier would be even dandier I suspect, since it wouldn't require
a computer connection to print out additional copies of forms as needed.

On the 'art' side of things, I would LOVE to have actual scribal artists
available to do the majority of the armory artwork, instead of relying on
clipart: they're generally faster overall, and far more flexible. Please
pass along this invitation to any artistically-inclined scribes you know!

All workers (heralds and scribes) will be paid in chocolate, grapes,
pickles, cheese, and whatever else I can think of/get requests for that I
can manage.

The more the merrier!
