I may be wrong on the last two but I think Chemin Noir was recognized first.  If the group forming at Ft. Hood is actually recognized now, then the Stronghold would come last on the list, I believe.

I believe this list is from Sir  Burke's term as Kingdom Seneschal, so
it is definitely outdated.  If anyone has the additional information it
would be greatly appreciated.
