Are you saying last on the list simply becasue it was the latest formed and equal with a canton, or are you placing all strongholds and colleges below canton?  just asking.  In this instance it does not make a difference becasue either places it in the same spot, but in the future it may matter.  For what it is worth I am guessing the former of the 2 reasons. :-D

I agree with what has been said.  Basically i see 2 different possibilities in the march as Robin has said.  Froma  purely ceremonial standpoitn i actually think i like the idea of the cantons, colleges,  strongholds and ports marching with and subordinate to the protecting barony or province.  Signifies to me that they are truly a part of the parent group.
