We are in fact incipient.  Recognized as such at Bryn Gwlad's
Thirtieth two weeks ago.

However, as we did not have a group member at Coronation, nor have we
managed to agree on a device to submit (much less begun the submission
process), having us in a march would have been complex to say the
least.
