[ANSTHRLD] Chronological list of groups

This is probably the best list. Somewhere in one of the Star file
boxes I've been going through, attached to a few mid-1990s BoD meeting
minutes is a list of all known branches recognized by the BoD at some
point, showing a date (if they had one!) and date of dissolution if
any.  I'll try to find that folder again and see if it has anything
different than the list below, but I'd be surprised.
