[ANSTHRLD] Peerage Announcement from Stargate/Loch Sollier Baronials

Greetings!

I think there has been some confusion.  Baron Inar was asked to join the
order of the Pelican during the court at Stargate and Loch event yesterday.
Inar will be elevated at Castellan.

Inar is the only Pelican elevation at Castellan.
