[ANSTHRLD] Heraldry in the ... um, fine arts

Now this is what I call important heraldic material.  It would take a Laurel-level herald to blazon those outfits.
 
But I have to ask: is Miss Puerto Rico, um, covered on her, well, if we ignore the legs, I guess it would be her, um, in base?
