[ANSTHRLD] Inheriting augmented arms or reserved charges?

Daniel and Shauna,

Just to be clear...  When Daniel wrote:
"Galen of Bristol's son asked me last week whether he could use or
display his father's augmented arms."

Is Galen still alive?  I had not heard of a passing but his son may be asking about labeling the augmented arms while Galen is alive and well.

Just wanted to be clear.
