[ANSTHRLD] Tree Hugger (Conflict Check)

So at this point we're looking at one conflict where you won't get
permission to conflict.

If the tincture of the tree were changed (to say, sable) that should clear
the conflict for addition of a bordure and change in tincture of the primary
charge, yes?
