Can Kolbrunaskald be documented as an Old Norse given name?

The documention you're referring to suggests that Kolbrunaskald is a byname,
and not a given name. I do not know if patronyms can be constructed from
bynames; I've only seen Old Norse patronyms constructed from given names.

Kolbrunaskald by itself should be a registerable byname. Should it not?
