[ANSTHRLD] Norse patronymic name help son of kolbrúnarskáld

Both names can be documented from Geirr Bassi with no problem.
The issue is can you use the byname in a patronymic as in the son
of the kolbrúnarskáld.  Can you use an occupation / descriptive byname
in a patronymic in Old Norse?  I didn't find one registered or in any of
the sources I have.  This looks like original research is needed.
