[ANSTHRLD] Augmentation on a Lozenge

For arms that are normally displayed on a lozenge, what are the 
different ways to show an augmentation?

For that matter, what are the different ways to show an augmentation 
period?  I have seen a charged canton, and a charged escutcheon in honor 
point.
