[ANSTHRLD] name help

Finally got through to the Icelandic Saga Database and in Ch. 11 of that saga 
the by-name comes up capitalized on that as well, though one source could have 
just copied from another.

It was from this site (http://www.snerpa.is/net/isl/fostb.htm) which admits it 
modernized.  I was searching another database, but my computer was not liking it 

much and locked up.
