[ANSTHRLD] Demi-ordinary conjoined to charges

What I can make out, as it is a motif of other units, especially Germanic ones, is two serpent/dragon heads, possibly abstract bird of prey heads) facing each other respectant.  Here is a blown up version of it:

I can't really make that out from the image, though using my browser
to zoom helps some.  Arms rather like a lowercase omega, and at the
ends of the two arms are ... dragon's heads?
