[ANSTHRLD] conflict check assistance please?

Before I give the submitter the go ahead to do all this coloring, I'd like
at least one more set of eyes to conflict check the submission (as I'm not
very experienced at it yet).

Gules ermined Or, a griffon segreant argent maintaining in pale a heart and
a tower sable, and a base Or.

I originally thought the base may have to be argent, but after other
conversations on this list as long as the ermine spots don't actually TOUCH
the base, perhaps the Or base is okay?
