No, by two secondaries, I meant the two her client is choosing between: two options, not two charges on the same design. 

If he omits the [field treatment/change of tincture to a fur] of ermined Or, he does have conflicts.


The maintained charges are an emblazoning detail, worth nothing even as tertiary charges, even though he's drawn them bigger than some tertiary charges (but not big enough to be sustained charges, not of equal weight to the gryphon).

Just to make sure of things: neither design (demi-sun or base) has two 
secondary charges; each has just one. The ermining, hear, and tower 
are not secondary charges.
