KWHSS 2010 - sadly, not attending this year, tho I've gone to many since 2000.  
But, alas I spent my mad money on an art conference in May and plan a trip to the 
holy mecca of Pennsic is August.  

Perhaps Daniel or Emma can pick me up a copy of the Proceedings CD, I'll pay you back at King's College or Round Table.  
Else, I'll order one after the event.
