"Is the Ansteorran Gazette in its current form still needed? How many
people still receive and prefer the printed version? Could it be
replaced by a monthly “official” email, direct or to a mailing list?
If so, would such a mail simply be a collection of links and a few
notes, or a full set of documents? Should we have an official
“announcements” mailing list, in addition to the informal discussion
mailing list?"

 

 I am all for going Completely Electronic due to the fact I my self do not Receive the Gazette, but I know a few whom do not deal with the lists or with e-mail at all so i Still see the need for the Gazette. So that brings me to this solution. I think that we should keep sending out the Gazette. At the same time I think we should also send out a "Official" E-mail direct, This e-mail should consist of Links one link being the online version of the Gazette, and some notes. On the issue of Mailing list I find that due to the number of lists we have at this time It would be something that would be overlooked and underused.
