The reason is simple.  Laurel says you can't and Emma says you can't.
Explanations are not required, only obedience to the heralds. 

And if you do submit it all the heralds, along with Ansteorran Fish & Game,
will chase you around an event with butterfly nets. 
(After they get through doing that to Etienne, of course. :)

And congratulations to Etienne this weekend for our new pelican.

A fur is a tincture and would be fine on a tierce.
It creates a similar effect without running into the charged tierce problem.

And I have been commenting on way too many Gulf War submissions lately.
Trying to find a period spelling for a town in Majorca probably accounts
for this silliness.
