[ANSTHRLD] Conflict question

Still trying to make sure that I have the "That's strong enough for a CD"
down...

Does "Vert, a rapier and a quill pen crossed in saltire and upon a chief
argent two larks rising vert" conflict with "Vert, a sword inverted and a
quill pen crossed in saltire argent, a bordure embattled Or".

I get that the primary is identical, but we've removed the bordure and added
a chief as well as the addition of the secondary charges.

Those are my thoughts....am I on the right track?
