Greetings unto the College of Heralds from Jayme Bordure-Incoming!

Just a quick announcement for any who are setting plans, I will be
holding the November Decision Meeting (For the October ILoI) on
November 20th, at Bordermarch Autumn Melees!
I haven't yet set a specific time that day as I'm awaiting the
publication of the event schedule,, but I do hope to see you all
there! Please come and provide valuable input on the submissions
that are being considered.
