I have just forwarded the July 2010 LoAR to its various mailing lists.

There is one other format list that's not made its way to that page:

"Sticky" RTF formats
loar-stk-request at scadian.net

They are intended for those printing results onto adhesive paper to
paste in the front of submitters' folders, and for those collating
precedents.  In particular, the cover letter is omitted entirely,
making it of little use for general readers.  The formatting is
a little different within.
