I have a client who wishes the following.

"Argent, within a bordure azure semy-de-lys argent, a lion passant gardant sable 
on a tower azure"

I think is is clear of conflict, but I wanted to check the lion and the bordure 
semy-de-lys. I was not sure if those were protected, restricted, etc.
