[ANSTHRLD] Device help: Argent within a border azure...

Given the size of the liuon, there may be a conflict versus "Argent, a castle triple-towered azure, portalled, crenellated, and pennanted gules, within a bordure azure semy of oak leaves Or." (Anne Louise of Bluecastle, Device, August 1985 [via Ansteorra]).
IMO the lion is a maintained charge rather than a sustained one, so the only CD I see is for the change to type and tincture of the tertiary charge group on the bordure.
If there was a demi-lion issuant from the tower instead, it could be drawn large enough to be considered a co-primary.

Try this blazon:
"Argent, a lion passant guardant sable atop a tower within a bordure azure semy-de-lys argent."
