Yes, there was an unfortunate loss of an entire stack of forms from the
November 2007 ILoI. Asterisk had to step down rather abruptly at the time
and promptly went inactive, and while we thought we got all of the files
transferred, that ILoI was apparently in a "working now" stack that didn't
make the transfer.  We did attempt to contact every submitter and/or local
herald with submissions involved at the time.

While typically a resubmission more than 2 years later would require
repayment, I am happy to waive the fee for  any resubmissions based on
administrative returns from that ILoI for at least the duration of my tenure
as Star. :)
