That's the one that I called the specific letter of permission,
permission to one particular person.  Seeing that, I am reminded that
I should also have noted that the blazons are specific too.  That is,
you're not giving Joseph-Robert permission for any design he wants, or
permission to conflict with anything you have, but rather to
Joseph-Robert alone, for a specificly blazoned thing that he wants,
against a specific one of your armory items.  Change any detail
(except an insignficant reblazoning) and he doesn't have permission.
