Good idea about blotting out Personal Identifying Information.

You need to print out all originals as black-and-white outline
drawings: do NOT fill the black areas with solid black. Do NOT do
color printouts or color photocopies: they can change colors in hours
or days, and some make the form stick to other paper. As the CoA
Admin Handbook put it,

... The preferred medium for colored armory sets is watercolor
markers in primary colors such as Crayola Classic Markers. Pastel
or neon colors are inappropriate for colored armory forms. However
the forms are colored, the submission may be returned if the
tinctures are not recognizably heraldic tinctures.

I can't find the report that was promised from Teceangl in the 4/04
LoAR Cover Letter. A case of a fugitive color printout is mentioned
in http://heralds.sca-caid.org/minutes/2003/min0302.php
