Someone named Coblaith just posted the first draft of some of those
points on the Ansteorra list, like contact info and how to choose a
name.  (And made a good point: we're the Persona Police and won't let
you register your legal name.)  Jayme called dibs on a rough draft.

Given the number of times I've typed in some of that stuff, I'm
astonished that there apparently has been no such article yet.  I
should ask on SCA Heralds'.
