Okay I've hammered together a very rough draft. I welcome any and all suggestions as technical writing is really not my strong-suit. Is there somewhere I can stick this thing for ease of access? Also: Can everyone open a .doc (MS Word) file? Would it be better to convert to PDF? Thanks, Jayme
