The proposal above has these layers, outer to inner:
top: phoenix
underneath the phoenix: bendlets
underneath it all: black shield
In period, so far as I recall, it would be more common for stripes to
be the charges on top.
top: bendlets
underneath the bendlets: phoenix
underneath it all: black shield
I was just asking wondering whether that design would be just as
desirable or not.
