Okay...after checking through principality laws and a few other places, this
is what I have right now:

Kingdom of An Tir:
Principality of Avacal: Principality Heirs are titled "Tanist" and "Tanista"
Principality of Tir Righ: Heirs are titled "Tanist" and "Tanista/Ban-Tanist"
Principality of The Summits: Heirs are titled "Tanist" and "BanTanist"
Kingdom of the West:
Principality of the Mists: Heirs to the Principality are titled "Lord of the
Mists" and "Lady of the Mists"
Principality of Cynagua: Victor and consort of the Coronet tournament are
titled "Lord of the Swan" and "Lady of the Swan"
Principality of Oertha: Victor and consort of the Coronet tournament are
titled "Lord Borealis" and "Lady Borealis"
Kingdom of Drachenwald:
Principality of Nordmark: Victor and consort are invested at the Coronet
tournament
Principality of Insulae Draconis: Victor and consort are invested at the
Coronet tournament

And according to the following website:
 http://www.chezirene.com/articles/tinhats.html

"The title for the Heirs varies by Principality, but they are all addressed
as *Your Excellency*."

How does that measure up?
