[ANSTHRLD] Forms of Address (Was From the Feb 2011 Covr Letter)

Interesting historical information on the proper usage of titles.
 
Placing Lord or Lady in front of a title wa an Ansteorran Heraldic Custom when I first started out.  Have been doing it for years.

"Lord Lyon" is used in Scotland for the principal herald, but only
because he's a judge, a usage like "Lord Chief Justice".
