[ANSTHRLD] office holders: Star Principal

[Etienne de St. Amaranth]

I held the Star office from October 2003 to October 2005.  It was transitioned at a Fall Crown Tourney both when I stepped up (Miguel and Conal won for the second time) and when Druinne stepped up (Mahdi and Valeria won for the second time).

Alden stepped down and Emma stepped up at Ansteorra's 30 year celebration, July of 2009.
