Griffin wrote the December 2000 LoI (posted on the heraldry website).  I think 
it was around March-ish that I became his deputy and he trained me in the office 
of Bordure so I could take that over for him.  The June 2001 LoI was my first 
publication.

I have warrant rosters that show him stepping in as of March 2001, not Jan 2001.

To be more specific, Cahira started Jan 2002. Medb started Jan 2003, I believe.
