[ANSTHRLD] Decision meeting time for this weekend

Greetings,

After consultation with Their Excellencies, Bryn Gwlad, the decision
meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. While this is during land court, the land
court will run from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.; which should allow everyone
sufficient time to participate if they wish. If you have other duties and
are late joining in, please feel free to do so.
