[ANSTHRLD] Name conflicts

Conflicts tend to be more common in patronymic naming societies
like Gaelic, Welsh, and Norse.  Some French locations like Calais and
Avignon that are SCA popular come up a lot in conflicts.
Overall I think Gaelic is the worst thicket for name conflicts to hide in.
