[ANSTHRLD] Warranting class

A warranting class will be held Saturday, February 4, in Georgetown, TX, during 
Bryn Gwlad's Candlemas event.  Directions to the site may be found at

Also being taught will be a class on Beginning Conflict checking and another on 
Following Heraldic Submissions in Ansteorra.  Both are targeted for branch 
heralds.
