That's how I read it, the cross is above the line and the owls are below.


I find no conflicts. Everything with that field has complete difference of primary charges. Searching on the charges always revealed at least two differences besides the field.

Is the cross on the vert and are the owls on the gules? 
For some reason -- maybe not enough sleep, maybe the chunk o' carbs 
for lunch -- I'm having a hard time thinking that that's a correct 
blazon, that there need to be words to place each thing explicitly.
