Minor admin fu for future reference: "name" unmodified is used to
refer to a primary name (the registered name for a person, or a branch
name for an SCA branch), and "device" and "badge" are mutually
exclusive concepts.

It helps to put details of the request in the subject line of the
e-mail to help keep distinct one help request from another.
