[ANSTHRLD] Announcing of new Herald for Seawinds

[Solstice Herald]

Greetings unto the Heralds of Ansteorra,

I would like to thank Lady Alys for all her work in Seawinds as their
herald.  She has done a wonderful job.  I would like to announce that
Geoffery Morcenou will be stepping in as the new herald for Seawinds once
Alys steps down next month.  I look forward to working with him in his time
as the herald and know Seawinds is in great heraldic hands.
