RfS X.4.j.ii was modified on the December 2003 Cover Letter.  I don't
have the old version around to compare with, except that I recall that
it had three or four sub-cases.

But, to judge by the other returns quoted in messages on this list, a
mullet is *not* suitable for RfS X.4.j.ii.

Fortunately for the submitter, the tincture of the tertiary is unusual
enough that it's likely to be one of the two changes needed for
X.4.j.i, so a mere smaller change of type (significant) will do to get
his second CD.
