[ANSTHRLD] Done with belated October commentary

I have added my too-late comments to the October ILoI.  I gather from
my e-mail that at least Star, Bordure, and Obelisk (and for all I
know, others) can all lock and unlock an ILoI.  If one of you would
please lock the barn door after me?

For penance for my tardiness, I'll say 10 Hail Mari's, 10 Our Star's,
and during the new job training next week I'll try to log in after
hours and comment on November in advance so people can, you know,
actually reply to my points.
