In fact, I think I like that idea. Your thoughts?

Entirely up to you!  I'd think that some of the usual suspects inclined to
sit in on a decision meeting would also be the ones most likely to help out
at a consultation table, though, and I wouldn't want to deprive potential
submitters of good advice.
