The only thing I would add to what Andrew stated is to specifically point out they in this kingdom there is no such thing as a fillet restricted to AoA level.  Any member of the populace regardless of any award they may or may not carry are allowed to wear any fillet that meets the requirements set forth in kingdom law.  

It is worth noting since there is often confusion since my understanding is there is an AoA level award restriction for metal fillets in some kingdoms.
